Study for Lone Worker Protection

A recent study conducted by Aon Hewitt has shown some interesting results when it comes to UK workers and their salaries. During the study, workers were asked if they would sacrifice some of their salary for better protection on the job. Roughly 56 per cent of those polled stated they would be willing to sacrifice some of their salary if it meant being better protected on the job. The protection can be based on several aspects. It can be for lone worker protection meaning anyone working with a fleet company would have better safety while on the job.
Lone worker tracking is one way to help protect staff who work remotely.

The study also looked at a better pension, insurance, and other benefits. The point of the study was to show UK workers desire to be safe in many aspects of their job. They do not want certain cutbacks to make the job more dangerous, which means they would be willing to have GPS
vehicle tracking in fleet companies for safety.

Whether a company is looking at vehicle fleet tracking as better protection or just ensuring a better future for employees, they are more willing to have a cut in salary to ensure it. The future is uncertain, thus workers want the most from their company.

Of course other fleet systems can help to save money to in turn help pay for increased protection. Such thing that can save money are fuel cards.
